Had an excellent weekend on the site, few teething problems but the site and entertainment were great. So glad I did not take note of any negative reviews I had read. Saw Shane Richie Jnr band and Ricky K, oh and who could forget Dukula, excellent value for money for the August bank holiday weekend. Did not eat in the venues which looked clean and very presentable, however the bar prices were reasonable and entertainment varied. Will stay on this site again. |

Visited many times but stayed this November to take part in the Beauty Quest Weekend and wanted to say had a fabulous time. Was well impressed with all the efforts pontins went to for the competitions. The room looked brilliant for the finals on Saturday night. Had such a great weekend, thanks a lot. We defiantly will be visiting for next years comps. |

The facilities were great, we have 2 children 12 and 8 and they enjoyed themselves for the whole of our stay. The meals were excellent value for money with main meals (Buffet) being only £4.00p for adults and buffet breakfast at £3.95p. Entertainment was excellent with plenty of participation, even the bars were reasonably priced. The only reason for me marking 9 instead of 10 was the behaviour of the actual guests and nothing to do with Pontins at all. In one case a mother away with her small son ended up incapable of looking after him through drink and the security staff stepped in and organised a child minder so that she could sleep it off and hats off to them for that. The game zone is a great idea with lots of games available and computer access. All in all a great time had by our family. |

My family and I stayed in a club apartment in july 2012. i was very hesitant at first as i read so many bad reviews...on entering the apartment i was pleasantly surprised very clean and bedding and towels were all glowing white...we also had cctv on the grounds which made me feel happy enough to let my children play outside...im so glad i went along to the park as my children loved every minute we origionally booked for 4 days but extended our stay an extra 3 days. The bluecoats were all amazing with all of the children on site, they made every effort to make there holidays a happy one.. all of the entertainment was brilliant, the pontins staff were all very helpful and all had a smile on there faces. The beach was 2 minutes away which was fantastic when the sun came out...the nisa shop is very good priced and so was captains cod, loved the chips n gravy. i will definately be taking my children again as they miss croc crew....my 2 boys enjoyed breakfast with croc and loved crocs party...i can see britannia are trying there very best with pontins so rather than people puting them down they should be behind them to make it a bigger and better pontins. |

The chalet was clean and acceptable. Bluecoats brilliant allthough really over worked due to lack of star celebraty acts, only two appearing out of seven days. Game shows carrying on too long, ending up completely boring. long queues at the bars, due to lack of staff. |
