Been going to pontins pakefield for the last 15+ years!

Accommodation is to a good standard and has everything that you will need.

Food is lovely and there is a lot of choice, the breakfasts are amazing! There is a great selection for the whole family.

The entertainment is good, the bluecoats work very hard and they are great with children! The arcades are good and there is a lot to do if your not interested in the entertainment.

Overall there is a lot to do at pontins pakefield, I paid £250 for my family of four for  four nights  at  pontins, you get what you pay for! Also the holiday is what you make it, so enjoy yourself and remember you've paid £250, so you won't be living in a 5* hotel for the week!

Would recommend this park to everyone!!

My mum and dad are regulars at Pakefield. Last week my mum started with chest pains, dad asked for a first aider to look at mum who told my dad not to wait for a ambulance take her straight to hospital. His advise saved my mum life as she had 2 heart attacks and the hospital said waiting for the ambulance she would have died.

Me my brother mum and dad can't thank the managers and staff enough for looking after my dad and my mum when she came out of hospital they have been amazing. Can't wait to meet the staff when me and my husband go down in April and personally thank them for all they have done.

Mum and dad will be back to Pakefield when she is feeling better.

Arrived Pontins 2 hours early for the 4pm Book In, pleasantly surprised that our chalets were ready and we could unpack and get started on our break. The chalets were clean and tidy with the fresh bedding that we ordered all ready for us. Made the best of the extra time exploring the camp and chatting to the ever cheerful Blue Coats.

The Wristband 'meal pass' is so much better than the old ticket system Pontins had on our previous visits. Food was excellent and varied, staff only too pleased to assist and the kids enjoyed being able to help themselves from the buffet areas. Evening entertainment was fantastic..especially the Magician who did card tricks and a light show.

Thank you Pontins for a smashing holiday - See you again next year !

Stayed midweek for 3 nights cheap and cheerful - got what I paid for. Classic room was clean and basic - TV missing aerial (caught a member of staff doing his rounds nearby and within half an hour it was fixed).

Beds were a bit uncomfortable but slept on worse.

Food was better at breakfast but never went hungry, the jacket potatoes and salad choice was the best I've come across in a long time!!

Entertainment was good old British enjoyment and drink prices was affordable.

What more could you want for the money? Perhaps a bit more sunshine but pontins have no control over that.

All in all well done Pontins !!

Because it was a BOGOF deal it was extremely busy so the food wasn't as good as the last time we were there.

Unfortunately, I left behind a Kindle charger in my chalet, reported it the same day, and several phone calls later - NOTHING! Be warned, don't leave anything behind when you leave.

First went to Pakefield in 1964 nearly 50 yrs ago with my mates. We still say it was great, even in those wooden chalets.

Then in 1990... HONEYMOOON.

Again before the 2011 revamp.

Then this Christmas 2013, we had a great time, food, accomadation, apartment 415.

Staff & food fanastic. Will come again for sure!

i have been going to pontins pakefield since i was about 3, it has always been great. The food is okay but could be better. Entertainment was good and always enjoy the music and night times, also the chalets are very clean new bedding and very spaced out.

I enjoy pontins very much and also i think the park gets better each year:) im coming back next year so see you then:) its amazing! there are loads of different things to do in the day time too, like swimming, arcade, mini golf, park, little childrens play areas and many more.

Also there are things to do outside of the park, whatever happens your have a great time! Also many buses near by.

Members of staff lovely as always and always there to make sure you have fun and smiling. You will have a load of fun, just book! Best holiday ive had in ages, deffo book again :)

Just spent one week at Pontins Pakefield (22-07-2011 to 29-07-2011) with our four children and had an excellent holiday.

Friendly and fun bluecoats welcomed us with face painting on arrival for the children. The appartment/chalet No:228 was clean and comfortable. There was plenty of activities for the kids day and night along with a swimming pool with water slide. The kids had plenty to do throughout the day and night and made many friends.

Going to Pakefield half board enabled us to also have a break from cooking whilst saving money by not using expensive restaurants and other food outlets. I will give Pakefield top marks because it was clean and friendly with plenty of fun including many activities for the children to do.

The children have already asked if we can return next year and we are in full agreement because they thoroughly enjoyed themselves, myself included. In addition to this the adults meet many people and also found themselves having a fun packed time.

We went away to thoroughly enjoy ourselves and we were not disappointed.

Ourselves and four children spent one week at Pontins Pakefield and found it to be more than we expected after reading some very unfair reviews on other websites.

When you approached Pakefield Pontins the grounds were well kept. Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the bluecoat team. We went to our Chalet even though we was one hour and 15 minutes early. The chalet was clean and comfortable.

The children had much to do even if the weather had of been bad. There is an excellent beach down a short path. There was entertainment and more than enough to do all throughout the day. The shows and entertainment was non-stop throughout the evening for both adults and children.

The food (Half Board) was good and plentiful and the catering staff were always friendly and helpful.

There is much to do if you want to visit the local area (Lowestoft) for example Pleasure Hills Theme Park with rollercoasters and lots of rides for younger children. Also you have the Broads that you can take a boat ride on or navigate yourselves by hiring a boat.

Further up the road approximately a 20 minute drive is Great Yarmouth with lots to do, for example there are two piers, donkey rides, lots to do along the beach front and Pleasure Beach Theme Park with lots of rides for both young and older children.

We found Pontins Pakefield to be one of the best British Holidays

The chalets were overall very impressive, just the carpets let them down a bit!

The food was great!

The club night was great for children but the adult things only started at 10.30!

My family and I went to Pontins in Pakefield. We all enjoyed everything. Food was good quality and served with a smile witch was a nice touch. The chalets were extremely clean and equipped with towels and a kettle with coffee and tea supplied, looks like a lot of effort went into the rooms!

All in all a very enjoyable time. Thank you Pontins for making our holiday fully fun for all of the family!

There is lots of space and a great play area for the children. The indoor pool is the perfect size and tempriture most of the time.

Restaurant is self service with a very good food and at a great price too.

The restaurant staff are were always smiling, quick service and kept things clean and tidy.

I will defiantly book again and will be staying longer, the best holiday I have had for years!
